Fourth and Long, and the Grizzly Refuses to Put Down His Mug

Football asks a lot of a player. Speed, strength, focus, the ability to take a hit and get back up. Our running back meets every requirement and adds one of his own: the beer stays up. The Football collection belongs to a single grizzly who is carrying the ball and the celebration at the same time, and frankly doing both beautifully.

The breakaway run

He is shown in bold black silhouette, mid-stride, all shoulders and momentum. One arm locks the football tight against his side the way every coach has ever begged a player to hold it. The other arm is raised high, and at the end of it is a tall mug with foam spilling over the rim. His back leg is kicked out behind him and his head is up, eyes on the end zone. There is not a defender in sight, which is either great blocking or a very generous camera angle.

The gold standard

The whole figure sits against a glowing circle of burnished gold, like a championship medal or a stadium light at kickoff, and the lettering loops around the outside in easy hand-drawn script. It is simple, graphic and clean, the kind of design that reads clearly from across a parking lot on game day. Black and gold also happen to look good next to just about any team's colors, so nobody has to switch loyalties to wear it.

Why one bear is enough

Some collections need a whole roster. This one has a single player who does it all: runs the ball, holds the mug, and strikes the exact pose every fan makes after a big play. If you know someone who jumps off the couch every time their team breaks a long run, you have already seen this bear in person.

For the one who lives for Sundays

This is for the tailgate captain who has the grill lit before the lot opens, the fantasy league commissioner who takes the job far too seriously, the former high school linebacker with stories that grow every season, and the fan who knows every play call and still yells at the screen anyway. Picture them in the gold circle, ball tucked, arm raised, heading for the end zone with nothing but open field ahead. The crowd is on its feet, the clock is running, and the grizzly has no plans to slow down.
