Every sea story starts the same way: this is no joke, this really happened. The Navy collection is the crew those stories are about. A wolf, a cat, a dolphin and a pair of big-eared shipmates stand in their sharpest uniforms, caps squared, each holding a tall pint beneath the words I've Got This… Hold My Beer, ready to swear every word of the tale is true.
Officers of the deck
Navy Cat is the senior officer aboard. He is a big, fluffy, serious-faced cat in a white peaked cap with a gold emblem, framed by a golden laurel wreath and a dark banner, and he holds his pint the way a captain holds the conn, like nobody else is getting a turn. Red Panda Navy stands beside him in dress blues with gold braid on the sleeves, flashing a thumbs up with one paw and a frothy beer with the other. Wolf Navy completes the wardroom in a crisp navy jacket and cap, grizzled and steady, a veteran of more watches than he will ever admit.
Below deck and over the side
Fennec Fox Navy is the deckhand everyone loves, huge ears poking out from under a sailor's cap, digital blues zipped up tight, a mug raised in a salute that is only technically regulation. Navy Dolphin, on a light blue background, has taken shore leave literally. He leaps from a splash of sea spray wearing a navy jacket with gold buttons, pint in his flipper, proving he never needed the ship to begin with. The rest of the crew had to take the gangway. He just jumped.
For the sailor who still says head instead of bathroom
This collection is for the ones who served aboard and the ones who wait on the pier. The chief who still wakes up at 0500 without an alarm. The young sailor who came home from boot camp calling the floor a deck and the stairs a ladder. The spouse who can recite the ship's hull number faster than their own phone number. Find the shipmate whose rank and attitude match yours, and hand it over at the next homecoming or reunion. Fair seas and following winds, everyone. The dolphin is already in the water, and he says the view from out there is spectacular.
