An octopus has three hearts, blue blood, and more arms than any reasonable creature could ever need. The Octopus & Squid collection has figured out what those extra arms are really for: holding the beer, obviously, while the remaining ones handle the rescue, steer the ship and take the call. OctoFirefighter wears a black fire helmet on a deep blue head, tentacles fading into bright orange as they wrap around a foamy mug. EMT Octopus is a vivid orange with a green cap marked by a red cross, a bottle in one arm and a mug in another, supplies tucked into the rest. OctoMedic, all purples and blues, wears a red cap and holds up a mug in each of two arms, the kind of medic who believes in treating the whole team. Octo Sergeant is orange and teal in a dark peaked cap with a badge, a green bottle on one side and a mug on the other, and a look that says roll call is over and the evening is officially underway.
Masters of the deep
Captain Octo is a purple and violet sea captain, wheel emblem on his hat, charts and a compass tangled up in his tentacles, beer held high like he just navigated through a storm by feel. Octo Captain wears a bright yellow cap on a coral red head, curling around his mug with total confidence. And the bartender of the group floats in front of a glowing pale moon on black, a pale blue octopus surrounded by lime wedges and tropical fruit with a mug ready to slide down the bar. With that many arms, the line never gets long.
For the one juggling everything, happily
These belong to the medic who restocks the rig while finishing a sandwich, the firefighter who can hold a hose and a conversation, the boat captain, the bartender who remembers everyone's order, and anyone who loves the strange and brilliant creatures of the deep. They belong to the parent carrying the groceries, the diaper bag and the coffee in a single trip. Picture your person managing six things at once and making it look easy, and you already know their octopus. Somewhere under the pier, an octopus just opened a jar with one arm, a cooler with another, and is saving a spot for you with the rest.
