The Fire Department That Brought Its Own Ocean

Fighting fire takes water, nerve and a crew that trusts each other completely. The Firefighters collection has all three, plus a lobster with an axe. Half this station was recruited straight from the sea, the other half came in from the woods, and every one of them gears up in helmet and turnout coat with a cold one waiting under the words I've Got This… Hold My Beer.

Engine company, sea division

These recruits never have to wait for a hydrant. Firefighter Seahorse, bright green and curled on his tail, blasts a hose with total focus while his pint waits patiently beside him. Fire Shark carries an extinguisher strapped to his back and a mug in his fin, grinning through a burst of orange flame on black. Fire Captain Dolphin leaps out of a splash in a turnout jacket with reflective stripes and a bottle in hand, while Firehead Dolphin wears a helmet so hot it has actual flames coming off the top. OctoFirefighter, a deep blue octopus, can work four hoses and still keep a mug in reach. Firefighter Lobster stands in full gear with an axe over his shoulder and his claws, finally, put to good use. Firefighting Jellyfish glows in shades of violet and blue beside a curl of fire, a pint held in one of many tentacles.

Ladder company, woodland division

On the black designs, the forest crew reports for duty with badges shining. Firefighter Burnout Bear leans in with a foamy mug, flames roaring behind a red banner. Firefighter Bear Blaze is the calm one in the middle of a wall of fire. Raccoon Firefighter and Firefighter Red-Hot Raccoon, helmet number 101, look ready to climb any ladder on the truck, while a pair of red pandas in black helmets, one with an axe over his shoulder, clearly run the kitchen and the drills in equal measure.

For the one who runs in

This collection belongs to the firefighter who still hears the tones in their sleep, the volunteer who drops dinner mid-bite when the pager goes off, and the station cook whose chili has its own reputation. It is for the spouse who knows the shift schedule better than the calendar and the kids who think the truck belongs to their family. Give them the crew member who fits their spirit. Just know that at this station, when the alarm sounds, the dolphins get there first. They do not have to go looking for the water.
